As a Minister of the Good News for over 28 years, Charméne desires to continue to use her gifts and talents to strengthen and advance the Kingdom of God. She says that “Being called by God as one of His Teachers is one of my most rewarding and daunting tasks. Equipping others with the knowledge they need to succeed, whether in the church or in a secular environment, is an awesome responsibility; one which I truly love!” Charméne has a heart and passion for helping others learn and grow, and has conducted leadership courses and training programs for various pastors and organizations including Dr. Jamal Bryant, Bishop Robert Brown, Bishop Donald Hilliard, Jr., New Jersey Workforce and more. Her personal motto is that of “reaching one by teaching one.”

Charméne graduated cum laude from Hampton University, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. She also earned her Professional Certification in Leadership Training & Development from the Center for Leadership Studies (Escovina, CA). After attending a two-year Bible College program at Word Up School of Ministry/Universal Word Center, Charméne graduated in 1997 and was licensed and ordained into Christian Ministry. She was called to the pastoral ministry in 2017 and launched Bread of Life Kingdom Fellowship in March of 2018. In December of 2022, she received an Honorary Doctor of Ministry degree from the Anointed by God Ministries Alliance & Seminary.
 

After a very successful, 21-year career in Corporate America, the Lord saw fit to shift Charméne into the arenas of entrepreneurship and full-time ministry. Despite the many bumps and road blocks, by faith she has continued to forge ahead on the new journey that God has designed for her. In 2020, Charmene’s ultimate dream became a reality as the Lord helped her birth and establish Wake Up School of Revelation & Biblical studies; a learning institute that helps equip Kingdom Leaders for effective ministry and divine purpose for the challenging days ahead!
